Hi Team,
My dues notice came in the mail saying to pay with Paypal on this website, but I don't see how or where to do it. It's probably very obvious, and the average person would no doubt have no trouble, but I need help.
Can someone send an email explaining how to make the payment?

Mike,

In the upper right corner of the screen (all of them) you should see the word "Join". Click on that, and you will be taken to the membership screeen. After you fill out the information on that screen and clcik Join, or save, or whatever the button is at the bottom, you will be shown another screen that gives you the opportunity to pay with pay pal.

If you need more help, please let me know, hopefully this short explanation will be helpful.
