1983 Catalina Capri 25 Hull # 382 Price $3500 (Includes Trailer) I would be willing to sell the boat without the trailer. Just make an offer.I am willing to also take offers
I still have the boat as of 10/17/07 and I am a motivated seller because my wife lost her job and we could use the money.
Located in Forest Lake, MN Anyone who has been on a Capri 25 knows this is a fun boat. I just trailered the boat from just west of Des Moines Iowa to Forest Lake MN. About 300 miles and it pulled great behind my Dodge Durango. I will just tell you everything I can about the boat and let you decide.
Trailer: Twin Axel Trailer with Tongue Extension All new tires in 2006 New Wiring Bearing Buddies on all 4 tires Has Surge brakes but they are not operating right now
Boat Items: All new Halyards New sheaves on the bottom of the mast I have all the blocks and hardware (Looks to be original stuff) Mast and Boom in great shape Porto Potty All original cushions Have a main and a jib but that are in rough shape Have a spinnaker in good condition that I am willing to negotiate a price on Has only been licensed in South Dakota and Iowa so I would assume a fresh water boat I have lots of extra picture of the boat I can e-mail The boat is structurally sound and has great lines Bottom paint looks like it has had VC 17 on it
This boat would make a great winter project. It does need new paint. I was going to redo it myself but I figured that someone buying it would want to chose the paint. Needs bottom side repainted and topside is alright but would look great with a new coat of paint. There is one bent sanction that needs repair. It also has two scratches that need repair on the bow. Whoever owned the boat before me didn’t know how to pull up an anchor it looks like. Other than that it’s a great boat at a great deal in my opinion.
If you would like to look at the boat please just e-mail me and we can set something up. Also if you would like to see pictures I have a lot of them I can send you or just click the link below.
