We are selling our 1981 fin keel standard rig Catalina 25. I am willing to talk to someone about a partnership.

It is located on Grapevine Lake, Texas at Silver Lake marina, and includes paid slip until March 2008. Boat has not been in salt water to the best of our knowledge. We do not have a trailer.

-Two year old bottom job
-1 year old 8 HP tohatsu 4 stroke engine with electric start and alternator
-New Mainsail, loose footed fully battened
-New running rigging and pulleys on masthead
-Roller furling with 8 year old 155 Genoa
-110 hank on jib
-Microwave in place of curtain burner
-3 year old balanced rudder, pintles and gudgeons
-2 1 year old deep cycle batteries with guest charger
-AM/FM Cd player
-Gas fired grill
-Garmin GPS fish finder and map

We are selling due to demands of work, school and teenagers that no longer wish to sail. We have owned for 10+ years.

Contact Frank Vaughan at 972-221-9121 or f.vaughan@verizon.net for more information or to take a look. Asking $6,000 OBO.

Oh well, good luck with whatever comes next. Your boat sounds like a solid value. (I assume you mean "<i>standard</i> rig".)
