We have a 10' Zodiac but find that it is often too much work getting it in&out of the water. so we looked at and test drove as many kayaks as possible. We hit upon this one, Advanced Elements Convertable double Kayak. It has an aluminum frame in bow and stern.
The first picture shows the kayak as we are starting to unpack it in Maui. It all fits neatly into my hockey bag and weighs 60LBs. The size and weight makes it perfect for a standard sized piece of airline luggage. (ie. no extra charge)
We bought 4 piece take apart paddles that also fit nicely in the bag. The bag has wheels and a pull handle.
Takes about 10 minutes to assemble and pump up the boat. We've taken it out in some fairly big waves and surf and swells. It handles very well and is extremely stable. We've gone snorkelling and have found entrance and exit out in the open water, to be very easy and safe.
Have had a lot of fun riding it onto the beach thru the breakers.
Uninflated and folded in three folds, it would easily fit through the comanionway and forward thru to the v-berth of a C25.
Inflated Total length 15'.

This is a double kayak and has three seat positions. In this photo, I've moved the forward seat aft, to the middle position (solo position).
This kayak tracks quite well even though it only has a skeg and no rudder. It is not as fast as a hard shell but difference is slight. Best features: portability, ease and speed of assembly, stability, price.

It's getting late now...so I will take a look at your link tomorrow. But the kayak looks great !

I have a Sevylor Classic Tahiti inflatable canoe. It was more or less a toy and not suitable for canoeing because you could not easily control it's direction. But then I read that Sevylor came out with a skeg that retrofits back to their earlier model Classic Tahiti's. I bought it for about $15 and hooking it onto the aft end it changed it into a very usable canoe. It now can be steered and maintain a straight line when paddling.

I picked up one of WM's Skedaddle inflatables as a Christmas present that my friend can take on my boat when we go to places like Block Island...

For $200 (occasional sale price), at 19 lbs., and with a great testimonial from a good friend, it looks like we can't go wrong. If that turns out to be true, I'll get another one. If not, I'll rescind my comments here. I have become convinced that two one-man kayaks are much more fun for two people than one two-man.

This inflatable Kayak gets my vote for absolute coolness.

Hobie just came out with an inflateable version of their mirage drive Kayaks. The mirage drive system is great to use. The downside - single weighs 70 lbs and costs $1,700.

You can see video of the Kayak http://www.hobiecat.com/kayaking/models_i12s.html by accessing the link at the bottom of the page.
