Do any of you know where I could find a good trailer for my '89 C25 Wing Keel? I'd like to find something in Texas if possible but might go as far as Kansas or Mississippi for the right trailer. Freshwater only unless relatively new. I'm not interested in junk!
$2,800.00 is a good deal if the specifications of the trailer meet or exceed the weight of your boat, gear and the trailer itself.
It seems like, whenever this topic comes up, #7,500+ GVW is the rule.
There are lots of opinions on brakes.
My trailers had surge brakes and they worked fine. I think some States require electric brakes, BUT, I've been told you can't submerge electric brakes.
