Rita & I are headed down to the Medford area late next month for our niece's wedding. We'd like to spend a few days on the Oregon coast somewhere between Coos Bay & Astoria either before or after the wedding.

Does anyone have recommendations? We'd like it to be dog friendly if possible, as well as right on the water.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Driftwood Shores is right on the beach in Florence and I believe it allows dogs.

Get clam chowder at Moe's in Old Town.
