I have 1984 Catalina 25 has a cowl vent that was added by a previous owner. My through deck hole is 3 inches. Everything I have found needs a 3 3/8 hole. What was there was a deck pate with a cap and a flexible cowl. I’ve owned the boat 11 years and never used the vent at all, so I would settle for a deck plate that would cover the hole but not look like a patch

Any ideas anyone?

Here's a relatively unobtrusive Lewmar waterproof passive vent that fits into a 3" cutout...



...available from the Evil Empire.
