Just took a down payment on my San Juan 21 from a nice couple from Wenatchee. WooHoo! Been trying to sell this boat for about eighteen months. Finally.

The widow next door has the C25 84 FKTR still for sale and it's been a lot more than 18-24 months. You did good.
