I know, I think, I saw a pattern with dimensions on here for a pop top cover but can't seem to find them now. Could someone please point me in the right direction. I'm going to have one made here and see how it turns out.

Catalina Direct sells them.

Try a search under 'poptop cover' All forums. Lots of good info, and I think Quilumbo has one that he would sell.

Thanks for the guidance. I can produce one for alot less than CD wants and I want to put screen in the top, a plastic window that I can velcro up or down on the out side and a curtain to cover things from the inside. Who knows, maybe I'll produce a few.

If you decide to make a few I'd be interested in one. I have an '89 SR/WK so our boats should be very close in measurements.

What type of material are these pop-tops made from? Is it vinyl or sunbrella?

I'm about to make one also. I talked with the Sailrite guys and they suggested "Surlast" which costs about $14.25 per yard 60" wide.
