About 6 of them don't fit.
Here's some pics of mine. The snaps lined up perfect...a few take some muscle. Its easier to do it with the hatch slid forward. I do the sides first...then aft...then forward. Then I end up unsnapping most of them again to let air in...

I know what you're saying - around here a perfectly good lamp like that wouldn't last 10 minutes!

Try this: Zip up the front, around the mast and snap the front snaps on the cabin top and side. Then go aft push the hatch forward and pull back on the cover by the last snap on the side (stretching the entire length of the cover) snap the aftmost snap in place and then snap the ones in between the front and back of the cover. Do the same on the other side of the boat. The snaps at the "eye brows" and the companionway come last. It should make things go easier.
Oh and since we are talking snaps, don't know if you had problem snapping or unsnapping but I have found using chap-stick on snaps makes it much easier to do both. I know there are other solutions, but this is what I do as chap-stick fits over snap easily and I keep the stuff on board. Steve
Thanx Lorenzo, I think the problem is not with the snaps or with the pop-top cover, but with the placement (by the PO) of the snaps that are affixed to the boat. I think they are the MALE part of the snaps. I've had a couple pull out of the gel coat completely because I tugged and stretched too hard.
just an update on my question, I did in fact use my pop top cover this past weekend, and I have to say, that I like it, alot, dont think Ill be getting rid of it, anytime soon. fit perfectly and looks like its brand new,,

Sort of like seeing Yeti over aunt Hilda's shoulder. I have no idea.
