I'm looking for a couple C25 gudgeons to use to mount the mast crutch in. I'm trying to make this 'trailer sailor' thing work and one of the steps is to reduce the amount of work I have to do when launching. so I want to leave the rudder attached at the same time the crutch is in use.

I'm also looking for a decent autotiller, Simrad, Navco, Raymarine, Autohelm, I'm not picky.

I also need some anchor hangers for the bow pulpit and a decent ladder. I'm on a budget so I'm hoping to buy used prior to going to Catalina Direct.

I'm sure you could surf the Internet and find gudgeons cheaper than Catalina Direct.
You can certainly use lighter gudgeons than what the rudder uses for what you want to do. You're not hanging a rudder on it so lighter would probably work OK.
