Here's some places to start. Some of these may offer an association discount.

Cruising Direct... now called 'North Sails Direct' www.NorthSailsDirect.net
Catalina 25 sails are a 'stock item'

Ullman Sails Loft in Ventura CA. http://www.ullmanventura.com/welcomefr.htm

Catalina Direct
http://www.catalinadirect.com/ Carries 'Factory' and Ullman sails in stock.

Try National Sail. Rolly Tasker Sails. I love my new headsail from them. Great prices.

Check out the link for Ullman Sails. I bought my 2x2, loose foot main from them the summer of 2007, with draft stripe, one reef point, cunningham, insignia and numbers for an aggressive price. it is white dacron and was one of the BEST upgrades to ever hit my boat. Gary will either recommend full battens or 2x2 like I have depending on the prevailing conditions where you sail. If you dont have one already, I would also recommend a boom vang which can be obtained from Catalina Direct with all the mounting hardware for under $150.00. Good luck.

I just got my 6.3 oz full batten, loose footed standard rig main from Ullman Ventura for $984 with draft stripe, 2 reefs, flattening reef/cunningham, and sail numbers.

Ordered Thursday delivered Tuesday.

With shipping and tax it was just over $1000.

Very good quality, double stiched seams (not triple). Lets see if I win the next 2 races.

I'll second National Sail, or The Sail Warehouse. Both sell Rolly Tasker sails. I got a very nice 135 from National at a very attractive price. If you want to spend a bit more, I'm reading good things in this forum about Ullman Sails in Ventura.

I use the Ullman full batten loose footed main... best sail I've ever had. Val on Calista # 3936, Patchogue, N.Y.

You may also want to check out FX Sails on the web.

I bought semi-locally...a loose foot Quantum Main and 150 furling rigged Genoa. Quantum came down from Annapolis, MD to where I keep my boat on the Potomac River in Wash, DC and took the measurements and had the sails custom-made at their South Africa location. However, many buy online/mail order ordering stock sails and have been very satisfied going that route.
