We have found that several members of the forum have invalid email addresses.
This is caused by a member changing their email address but not updating their online profile.
Consequently, if a member is sent an email via the forum "E-mail User: Click to send an E-Mail"
which is only available to members that are logged into the forum, then, when the email
address is incorrect, that email is delivered to our Webmaster as 'undeliverable'.

Here's how to check your email address is correct (please don't assume it, check it!)

Login to the forum.
Click on the "Profile" link.
Enter your member password.
Click on 'Submit' and you will then see your profile form.
Review the email in the top left column of the profile form.
Correct it if necessary, and fill out any of the required fields and save the form.

Now to test your email!
Click on your member id to the left of the 'logout' button.
Click on the "E-mail User: Click to send an E-Mail" link.
And use the system to send yourself an email.

Then check your email to see that you received the test.

Well I have already gone through this with the webmaster without resolution. My e-mail address is wrong... and I have tried changing it in my profile. During the change process, something happened to cause my new e-mail address to be register on the website, but not change in my profile. So now, when I try to change the old address to my new one, I get an error message that says it is already a registered e-mail address and mine can't be changed. Wonder if anyone else has the same problem.

Same thing has happened to me. I am unable to change to my new email address.
Additionally there was nothing wrong with the old one I was asked to change, except the forum was having problems.
