Here in Anacortes it's not unusual to see 30+ foot boats on trailers. The tow vechiles very from Grand Cherokees to big diesel Dodge and Ford trucks.
But then again this is a tourist town and I try not to be a judge but I do smile a lot.

What caught my attention in the ad was the
quote:
marine head with shower 6 disc CD changer

Now I usually make my own music in the head, but it does seem terribly convenient to just kinda lean over whilst doing your business and hit play or shuffle or what have you. There are also those occassions where you would turn it up real loud so no one had to listen to what was going on in there.

Amazing the images conjured by a missing comma.

Is it possible to raise the mast without a hoist of some sort on a C30? Heck, that thing makes me wanna go out and buy me a Hemi!

Sten, just pick up a used highway department cherry-picker for a tow vehicle, and you're in business!

My dreamboat is bigger than that C30 and can go in water 20" deep.

Randy, That is probably the winner. I've seen one and they are in fact capable boats that are trailerable. Their rigging, keel, et al are very well designed and the boat is spacious but yet uncluttered. The rig is what impressed me the most however - but I now look at boats topsides way before I look at her insides.

I looked at a C-310 at a boat show this summer. WOW! Maybe I'll find a good used one when I'm ready to give up my two annual tows.

I know 2 people who own a Seaward 26RK. Very nice trailerable boat, but way too expensive for my wallet.

Just read in BoatUS online magazine that North Carolina has a new state law that allows trailers up to 9'6" to be towed anytime day or night without permits. Trailers up to 10' wide are OK without permits during daylight hors.

Get yourself a F350 dually and that 32' Seaward is starting to look good!!
