So slip fees increase while home values decrease.
Okay then, invest in slips. Slips are immune to the market then?

I'm not sure what time we're coming down to move the boat but I'm sure we'll see you down there. Sounds like the weather's going to be good for sailing (clear to ptly cloudy, mid-60's, S winds 10-15) so we may take a quick tour of the bay.

As I said before we're only 5 minutes apart by car so should be no problem hanging out talking boats and planes! We need to plan a trip to Double Bayou, Redfish, Smith Point, or Galveston before it gets too hot.
