October 26 is my haul out day<img src=icon_smile_sad.gif border=0 align=middle>, and one of the first things i plan on doing is replacing the teak trim around the companionway hatch. Is this piece screwed in? Are the screws covered with dowels? I dont seem to see any indication of this on mine.

Also i plan on re-bedding both the stanchions & genoa track, after removing the nuts that hold these will they come off or will I need to pry them somehow?

Teak Trim Around the Hatch is screwed in from the reverse side. Take out the interior pieces and scrape away any caulk (it will look more like gluey crud after 20 years.) From there you should be able to see the screws for the trim around the hatch...All of the other pieces have visible screws.
