This is a motor mount I just bought and arrived today. It will not work for me as it only goes past vertical just a few degrees. This would be perfect for those who want to get their motor out past the transom for turning ability. I needed a mount to lower the engine further into the water on my C250, something this will not do as well for me.
$195 + shipping.

Condition is very very good. A few flecks of white paint on the bracket that could be cleaned off. This thing is a monster and is really built well! Actual images on my blog link below.
I never really mounted it to the boat. After measuring it, I found out that it can only go horizontal to the water. That combined with the Catalina 250 having a "walkthru" transom, it only offers about 1 1/2 inches of drop over the current outboard mounted on the trasom. I could mount it closer to the water but it will be covered in water on some sailing point.
This is a very heavy mount and would work nicely on a C25 or for someone who wants to move the outboard further away from the transom (to allow turning ala softlink). It also would be nice if someone want to pull the outboard up out of the water.
My outboard is just too short for this to function as I wanted. I'm opting for a new outboard next year.
