Perchance does anyone have just one spare mast gate from Joe Martinek? I overdid the grinding on one of mine (to accomodate the oversize slugs) and the thin extension fell off...

I used to use only one of mine on Passage... (Too tight with both.) Maybe Bruce Ross can spare one. Otherwise, maybe CD will sell you just one--theirs are Joe's, and they're symmetric. Or, just use one (like me).
Catalina must have made different gates through the years. Mine is only cut out on one side ( starboard) while the port side of the track is uncut. When I ordered the gates from CD they give you two of them and were way to long for my gate. I only used one and had to cut it down in length then file the opening to make a perfect fit. I'm guessing that these openings were just cut into the mast without any specific measurement.
