The photos have given me a great idea! Fabricating a mast cradle that will fit over the extended roller at the front of the trailer rather than using the bow pulpit cradle that came with the boat will make tarping for winter tons easier...especially up here where we get snow! Willy
Bill, we just use the trailer mast raising tower as is. No need for a cradle. Just place the mast on the roller. That is how we always store the mast and we trailer that way too. Here is the result. Works great.
