Someone at my club gave me a Symmetrical spinnaker this week. My winches are on the cabin top. Anyone can show me how they rigged their Spinnaker Sheet Blocks? I imagine I can mount them on the hull to deck joint on the outside?

I have a track along the toe rail on my C25, but with your boat you need to use something else to hold the spin block near the stern.
Here's how Arlyn rigged his drifter blocks, as he describes in the C-250 Tech Tips. This solution would be ok in light and moderate air, but for heavy duty use, you would want to check the stanchion bolts and backing plates. You could add stand-up blocks along the coaming near the stern or short tracks there to provide for various adjustable hardware in the future.
What if I move my winches to the coamings? Would be located a little forward of where Arlyn has his in the picture above. Could I just get the spin sheets straight to the winch then, no need for stand-up blocks?
hey steve .. im still learning ..but i think you want the blocks more forward to give you more draft ..mid ship to flatin it out ..did you see the video i posted thats a snatch block figure it would be the easest way to find were it needs to be ?
