I am confused by the 150 mainsail? Do you mean that it has the flared Roach for extra sail area? If I were shoppin gfor a bigger boat (SWMBO would have a cow) this would be VERY appealing. Out of curiosity, what is her draft? If she fits in our marina there are a couple folks I'll mention her to.
Where can I see photos of the boat? How many hours are on the diesel? Raw water colled or freshwater cooled? When was the cutlass bearing last replaced and the stuffing box repacked? Are you willing to prepare her to be shipped?

It sounds like there's a cradle for the boat (it's listed anyway), but I'd imagine she's not checking the forum on a daily basis to answer questions. I know when I was selling my SJ 21 a while back I posted it on a number of places and then sort of forgot where they all were. I'd give her a call if you have specific questions instead of waiting for a response in the forum.
First, Thank you to Dave R for letting me know there were questions. I thought I would receive emails or calls - I apologize! So here is the information folks were asking:
She has been freshwater sailed only in Chicago her whole life. Is first born child in a family of mechanics and well maintained. There is not an hour log for the engine, so I dont know. I am second owner since 1991. Previous owner had another boat he raced, and bought this for his wife who still did not like sailing. It's a quarter mile from my dock to Lake MI access, so not motored much.
She was just surveyed at $19.5 and very good rating. Survey shows cutlass bearing in good shape and packing gland changed 2-3 years ago. Dont think am willing to pack her to ship. She is currently on the hard on the Calumet river in Chicago. Metal/Iron cradle goes with her as well as horses built to support the mast during a drop that fit on the bow, stern and mid.
Yes, there are many sails and a 155% racing Genoa, also two 150% and one 110% and a cruising spinaker and two main sails. I raced her a whopping 2.5 seasons and decided it was too much wear and tear on the captain.
The draft is 5'3", one inch longer than her "mom".
Survey came out at $19.5K, so am dropping price
Let me know if I can answer anything else and I apologize for the delay!
Teri, Check out the "First things first" & "Testing" forums, they have pretty good instructions for posting pictures. Unfortunately you can't upload a zip file yet, the forum doesn't have file serving capabilities (yet).
Basically if you're hosting a picture somewhere else on the web, you click on the 4th from the right icon (yellowish with a blue arrow on the top left) which will insert IMG tags in square brackets. Copy & paste the URL to your photo inside the two sets of tag brackets, and you're done.
