At our local (Newmarket) Superstore, they are clearing out Summer grills. Included in the list is a stainless steel tabletop grill that runs on the wee little propane bottles.

Easily modified for a stern rail (Plywood base and pipe fittings).

The BBQ is on sale for $20 - not bad for a stainless setup (I know you can get the rusty steel ones for cheaper).
