The on line ballots are up. Elections will only be open for 2 weeks. If you have a write in, please email me. Please check your Span box as the email with the key code may be there. Also use the link in the email with the ballot key code. Do not go back to the original box.


Go to the Assn. Members Area and click on the on line ballot system.

I have not received my ballot key - the voting site says that it has been sent but it has not.

Just so you know, I received mine, and tried to vote, but was sent to an error page (which I sent to Paul). I was able to use the link in the email to vote though, but there were some hiccups.

Perhaps Paul, our Secretary, can address the time period between requesting the key code and actually receiving it. However re the error code. as stated in the topic posted by Jim, DO NOT go back to the first box and enter the key code. I did this and received an error. After you receive the key code. there is a link to enter the code. Use this link ONLY and you should not receive any errors. By chance you do, please report them.
Paul is and has been working feverishly, to work out all the bugs. Please let us know but be patient. This is a HUGE undertaking for ONE person. Thank you.

I sent my new e-mail then sent my old e-mail which what the data base still has. The correct addy resulted in a key ballot.
Interesting though, I never signed into the members area.</font id="navy"></font id="size2"></font id="Comic Sans MS">

John, not sure what you did but you have to enter the member area to vote. This is where you enter your email and recieve the key code.

I agree with John G. I did not have to log into the Members Only area using the common user name and password.

I could not vote but that may be due to the fact that I voted before when we were testing the system. I never got an email with a ballot key. After clicking on "get the ballot key" the screen remained blank.

During test everything worked fine.

I was already logged on...received the email..clicked on the link and was able to vote.

Worked great!

Please check your spam folder, it is not unusual for mail programs to react to emails sent from a server.

I've used the email that this server has as well as my home email and have received no ballot key and have not been able to vote.
