I am shopping for a tiller extension for my 81SRFK. They come in all shapes and sizes so I thought I would ask if anyone had any suggestions. Catalina Direct has a couple available in different lengths but I don't know which length is best.
Thanks!

I have the Forespar 19-32 length but wish I had 27-48. I use that in conjunction with the lock box.

I'm not certain of the length, but I would guess that mine's the 27-48, Forespar also. I don't have a lock box, but do have an autopilot.

Just to add a point. I use the tiller extension when sitting in the cat bird seats, usually when sailing with others and solo and the autopilot when sailing solo only, on my C250

Just curious...for the C25, how/when will you use a tiller extender?

Coulda really used one in the light air races to move crew weight forward last weekend. In order to lift the boat's butt outta th ewater on our last leeward leg I was literally sitting on the bow pulpit, while my lighter crew helmed.

At that point I was seriously considering going below and moving everything on the boat into the V-berth.

Drift-matches. Gotta love the way they make you think.

I have a 27-48, can't really use it while sitting on the rail, like I thought, since not easy to work the main sheet cleat.
