Nothing to do with sailing, except my new employee is an old salty dog.
This is my 10+ year old dog, Buddy, who loves being on the boat and works for me without much yapping. What more can an employer want!

Buddy's desk doesn't look very ergonomically sound for him. Looks like he needs a higher chair to reach the keyboard and phone.

Buddy was greeting a customer. Notice the eye contact. I taught him not to put his elbows on the desk when greeting people but we can raise his chair to reach keyboard and phone. Thanks for your concerns.
