Catalina 25’ 1985 Fin Keel, Tall rig. Pop-top. In 2007 new 4 stroke Tohatsu 9.8hp outboard electric start and battery charger and new 4 springs motor bracket. Steel cradle. Lowering and standing mast system. 7 sails, Lewmar self tailing winches. Roller furling. Compass, depth, Knotmeter, wind speed and direction, marine radio, Simrad auto pilot new in 2008, AM/FM w/cassette stereo+4 speakers, solar panel and 2 batteries. Marine head with holding tank + water tank. Electric faucets. Alcohol stove. Located on Lake Michigan in Chicago. The boat is well maintained and dependable. I have a bigger family and would like to move to a 30 ft. boat.
