My current boat has two of those foot pumps. One is for pumping melted ice out of the icebox, and the other is an auxiliary pump, in case the batteries are dead or you can't use the electric fresh water pump. They work very well, but my boat has standing head room. I'm not sure about where you'd mount it on the C25. It would be awkward to pump it if you were bent over.
I just checked Defender, and they sell them for $83.00. I replaced both of mine last year, and seem to recall paying around $70. each for them, but don't remember where. It would probably be worth checking around.
