I am moving and can't take her along. She is hull #4. She is strong and dry. Always freshwater. I am the 3rd owner and those before me obviously treated her as well as have I. She is set up for comfortable overnights and solid cruising She is a swing keel, Std. Rig, Dinette model. Amenities included...Horizon Dual Axle Galvanized Trailer in very good condition. She trailers well. Mariner 9.9 Outboard that starts 1st pull and 3 gal fuel tank. 3 head sails; storm, working 110 and 135 Genoa. Mainsail and cover. All have bags and in good condition. Bimini Top. Boom Vang. 2 anchors, chain, rode, bow roller. Anchor Locker. 2 solar panels, 2 batteries w/ switch. Uniden Marine Radio mounted near cockpit for easy use. Pioneer Stereo w/ Remote and cockpit spkrs. Inverter, TV and DVD player. Cabinet for electronic stuff where head was located. I have a new; in the box, toilet I didn't get installed I'll throw in. Thru hull gate valves are inop. Stainless sink and 2 burner alcohol stove. I took the water tank out but still have it. Rail mounted Stainless Gas Grill. Dock lines, Fenders, Life Jackets and Cushions. Anchor, Steaming, Foredeck, Nav lites. 5 Interior Lites. New circuit panel and new wiring for more options. Custom Full width Berth. Nice. You gotta see that. All cushions in and out clean and good condition. Lighted Lazarette. Forgot to mention she has a Pop Top for great stand up room in the salon.Teak needed varnish this year and I didn't get to it. Commercial carpet squares throughout are very durable and easy to wash. A bluewater sailor with a 45 footer loves to sail Rachael and gives high marks. I might want to buy the trailer if you for some reason end up with a buyer who only wants the boat. Let me know if that happens, I would drive out to pick it up no problem.
