I need a rudder for a 1979 swing keel.

My swing keel doesn't have a rudder. It's on the back of the boat.

Welcome Don... There are many discussions on building and buying rudders in the C-25 Forum--you can use the Search function to get to them. (I'd specify "Catalina 25 specific forum" and "Subject only" to get a good list.) I bought the balanced version that Catalina switched to in '88-89--got it from [url="http://www.catalinadirect.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_ID=7"]Catalina Direct[/url]. It was like adding power steering.
