osmepneo has a Standard Horizon wind annometer. First two seasons it worked perfectly and was great asset to have. Two years ago and this year it didn't work. The wind sindicator and wind speed devide had fallen off the arm, and I put it back together and figured everything was ok for this year. When I launched in the spring I installed the arm and the &*(^%(% thing didn't work. When I looked up at it I noticed that top had fallen off, again. I believe the whole thing is called a "transducer assembly"

I suspect I have to replace the transducer assembly, but want to assure that my wiring is working. I figure I can test it while on the hard, but don't know how.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
