I have decided to not sell my boat at this time.

I am going to do the improvements like:

1. all sheets to cockpit
2. downhaul on jib,
3. downhaul on main
4. jiffy reefing
5. do swing keel repair
6. do window kit repair
and buy a new main with sail slugs
This will be cheaper in the long run and I already have the boat here at home.
