I think the place to test anti-spider solutions would be the Great Salt Lake. I have never seen so many spiders in one place, and I've lived just about everywhere (the south, west coast, east coast, midwest, west, even overseas.) The Salt Lake Marina, in my unprofessional opinion, has more spiders per square foot than any other place on earth. Luckily, they're seasonal.
