I intend have a shop re-upholster the interior cushions. They're in good shape but the material must go! Any suggestions on what I need to look for in a fabric suitable for this.
We used Sunbrella upholstery fabric--not to be confused with Sunbrella exterior canvas. Very nice, and lots of colors and textures, but I don't think I could say we got a good price on it--the auto/boat upholstery shop got it.

Hi John,
I concur with Dave on the Sunbrella upholstery fabric ... it really is nice, but expensive. I think I chose "Mediterranean blue"... I also had the cushions treated with some sort of stain inhibitor (translation = another way for the upholstery shop to get into my pocketbook).
In spite of the cost, I'm really happy with the cushions ... they should last a LONG time (I hope!).
