It was a weekend with several events. Saturday, July 10, the admiral and I marked our 34th anniversary while joining my cousin at her 65th birthday party. Interestingly, July 10, 1976, our wedding day, was also a Saturday. Actually, we officially celebrated the anniversary a few weeks ago with the trip to Gulf Shores. And yesterday afternoon we attended a 50th anniversary party for a couple at church.

Translation? Ah, I found it:
It was twenty years ago today, Sargent Pepper taught the band to play.

Lucky you! Cathy and I just passed 32nd year and it makes you wonder....
.... if I took a left instead of a right so many years ago, what would things be like today.
Luckily, she likes the boat.

Thanks all for the kind thoughts. The years have passed quickly, guess that's a good thing.

Also translated as :It was 20 years before to-day that Pepper the captain convinced the mob of men to sing.
