We just received the Mainsheet magazine a few minutes ago... dropped all my activities and before anything else want to thank Dave Bennett, Association Editor, for the great job of editing and allowing the second part of our story "Perpetual Summer", to be published in the August '10 Mainsheet issue.
Thank you for projecting our 25ft boats, the feeling, the people we sail with including our very own Jim Baumgart who above all else has contributed so much in every respect. The story comes over well and reflects the unique angle to sailing year-round in different venues on this continent. Who else is able to use their boats with such a diversity on land and water year-round in relative comfort and economically. Marinas in the South could capitalize on this during their slower winter season. Thank you so much Dave.
Our C250 friends Peter and Angela Holdack from Vancouver, BC are going to be tickled pink to find themselves in this issue. There is a possibility that they will join us with their '95 C250 later as we plan to seek the sun in San Diego this winter again...
