I see it starts by month, then you can click a day and add an activity or post a note. <<Edits>>

Does it allow sending notifications to individuals or groups based on an upcoming activity? <<YES>>
I see a login line, do you have to be a member to make a post, or just the standard forum login? <<Regular Login>>
If you want to post an all day event, is that possible (as opposed to highlighting the whole day)? <<YES>>
If a multi-day event, can you <CTRL> click each day and create an event spanning several days? <<Use the inclusion screen>>
Does it warn you of other events happening at the same time, or adjacent to your event?
Can you create a recurring appointment (every Friday at 5PM it's Miller time?) <<YES>>
As you can see, I use outlook......
