Winch handles are universal....find one on ebay. You are looking at or around 40 bucks.
Minney's Yacht surplus might have a winch or two for your mast. You should be able to find them online...expect to spend a fair amount on this regardless of where you get it. It might be cheaper to run the halyard back if you already have a cabintop winch.
Logo/nameplate - Quite Frankly, if you are looking to save - then I wouldn't even bother with this. The boat sails fine without them. But check with Steve Madsen - he may have some left...use the forum to email him.
Stanchions - other than posting something here in the swap section, check with Minney's as noted above, do an online search. While CD is not the universal answer to every C25 parts question you'll save the time and aggravation of shopping around( finding the right size, correct base pattern etc.) by ordering through them.
Do you still need halyard winches? I have 2 Barlow 15 winches in good condition that were jib sheet winches on our C-22. Would prefer selling them as a set. $60 plus shipping for both. Shipping weight will be approx. 10 lbs.
You can get used sails at either Minney's in Costa Mesa, CA or Bacon & Associates in Annapolis, MD. Both stores claim to have thousands of used sails. Call them with dimensions or look online at their websites.
I've never needed a winch to raise the main. After lubricating the mainsail slides with McLube Sailcote, I found it easier to hoist the main. Caution - it's black gooey stuff.
