 CDI furler after sales support kudos		  New Topic  Topic Locked

11 years ao, I bought a CDI FF4/6 furler for my Cat 25 Std rig.
11 years of hot, Texas sun took their toll and the furler got harder to, well, furl.

I took it apart, and the plastic drum had twisted and melted, with the neck that holds the foil collapsing down onto the drum. . I called CDI and sent them a picture and proof of purchase, and they sent me a new drum in 3 days, for no cost other than shipping. I sent the drum back to them so they could examine it.

They gave me really excellent support of a product long ago purchased! I bet I get another 11 years use out of the product. I highly recommend them.
