I used the voting page to generate a key using my AOL, my SBCGlobal email and my hotmail accounts. Not sure why, but I haven't received an email on this. Did I do something incorrectly? It echos back the correct spelling on my email addresses. Pls help!

Um . . . Yes. That's my usual acct for the forum - bruce2sail at aol. (But not for facebook). I've received several emails today, but none from the CC25 forum. Nothing in my spam folder either....
AOL? Bruce, I'm surprised. AOL never worked well with anything else, and used to be proud of it. It has always targeted the Luddite segment. E-mails I get from AOL users are often screwed up--attachments that aren't attached, in-line photos that aren't... You need to join the Third Millennium!
Dave, Like I said, you never miss a trick! I got my AOL account in the 90s. Since then I have a gmail for professional discussions, hotmail for newsletters, sbc/att for home use. AOL is a constant. I can't get rid of it, I'd miss 1/2 the news out there. People would not know where to find me if I got rid of that account.
None of those "changeover" things ever works, since most people can't even find their address book, let alone update it!
I'd rather just keep it forever until they vanish from the face of the earth. Meanwhile, I use my ATT, msn and gmail accounts for Facebook, Flickr and LinkedIn.
I guess I'm a luddite and I love it. Takes one to know one.
