It is unreal not to have a boat. To think, I'll have to go home after work tonight!

I've owned my C25 for 7 years. I've sailed her about 12,000 miles.

I've spent 200 days per year on board.

The places we've gone the races we've done! Plus the wild and wonderful evenings a mile off Mission Bay. The nights sleeping in the slip during wild thunderstorms! Sunrise at Santa Cruz Island.

Well keep your fingers crossed, the survey on the Flyer is Saturday at 3 PM

You shared one of those days with me when I was in SD on business--Mission Bay down to SD Bay and back... I suspect we'll both remember the electrical smoke pouring out of the galley, some five miles off the beach and 10 miles from Mission Bay... Turned out to be about a foot of insulation burned away where two wires chafed in a nylon tie. You never know in a boat.

She had a great ride under your charge--probably the best she's had or will ever get! Thanks for taking us vicariously along, and give us a full report of the survey!

Oh--and say Hi to Spike for us!
