LOL, thank you. Since I already have one I can sail on all the time I think I'll pass. The price is good, too bad there are no pics of the interior. If I upgrade I'm going to go for something bigger, like 30'or over.

In fact this afternoon will be the last of the midweek races on the C-27. Keelan has assigned me to helm for this series and it's been working-we have placed first place in all 5 races in B Fleet that weren't canceled for weather, we also had one DNF where nobody in our fleet finished due to the wind completely dying. It would be nice if we can continue the sweep tonight. Typically we race against a San Juan 21, a couple of C-30's and another C-27 and assorted other boats will enter now and then on B fleet. Whenever I can afford to get a new main I'll be entering Stephanos but for now racing the 27 is good times and me and her skipper sail all the time together anyways.

Here's a nice pic of Joint Venture from the race a two weeks ago. To leeward you can see one of our arch nemesis Respite, a C-30. One this race we finished two seconds behind them so we won. It was an awesome dual and one of the most enjoyable races we've had this series.

Tonight we have some nice stuff planned:

quote:
This Wednesday marks the final midweek race of the year. Mandy is bringing her epic Beef Stew for after the race. It's going to be amazing. Please
bring a bottle of wine for sharing, we're going to have a little yacht club wine tasting. This has some real potential! Also there will be
prizes for the top 3 costumes w...ill be awarded as we wrap up the night. Rangers are going to win anyways so come sailing!

I'm worried about turnout as our Texas Rangers play their first ever World Series Game tonight. I, for one, will be sailing.
