***Boat sold yesterday to a very nice local couple.***
1979 Catalina 25 Swing Keel Standard Rig
$6500.00
Location: Seabrook, Texas
Described by my dock mates as "the perfect little bay boat," this Catalina 25 is simple, well-mannered, clean and strong. With clean living and plenty of exercise, she's aged gracefully and is free of soft spots, blisters or any structural flaws. With all of her critical gear replaced or overhauled within the past 3 years, she's ready to take you and your mates out with confidence for a week-end bay cruise or sailing around the cans on Wednesday nights.
The boat also includes a bimini mounted to the genoa tracks, though it is not pictured.
This boat suffered no damage in Hurricane Ike.

She seems very nicely upgraded and maintained, with a very reasonable price for what she has. Good luck, and tell her new owners about this community (if they didn't find her because of it).
Yes, I will sell the auto pilot separate, but that is the only item I will sell off the boat. I am not interested in parting it out.
Please note there is no hardware included with the pilot. I don't even have the wiring harness. I have applied power to the head unit though and verified the plunger operates when heading change buttons are pushed or the unit is moved.
If you are still interested, please send me an email through my profile. I will be in Seabrook this weekend.
