I think it is interesting that they say they are practicing in the South Pacific. So if you were a Korean dictator thinking you had good detection and immunity from international forces...

And whether it is actually being executed with the sort of strike ability needed, at least it put the idea in the people's heads that you could be on their doorstep within moments rather than the weeks it takes your opponent to assemble a strike, well that carries some weight.

At least that is my immediate thoughts when I read the story.

You can bet your bottom dollar that the only reason this was publicly released is because either our adversaries are already aware of these capabilities or we want them to know that we have these capabilities...
