There is a Waters Sails genoa for a C-25 TR for sale on Ebay. Deal looks great, not mine. Is C-25 #3501 a member of the Association.
If I had the boat units to spend, I would have bought this already, only 1 day left on the auction:

Numbers can be removed/replaced. I bet Joe (Waters) could handle that at a nominal cost. My C-22 racing sails are Waters sails and I've met Joe; he's a great guy. Conducts good sail trim clinics, too.

Didn't sell and has been relisted, but the seller bumped the price up $200 for some reason. Still has a make offer option.

Hmmm...that's my sail number. I wonder if he'll give me a better deal. I'm not sure if I really need it though. I have a Waters 155 Genoa, but it looks like the one I have might be made of a heavier material.

I bet he would take $1,100 for it since he started out asking $1,175, but I'd start with less and see what happens. A new Waters genoa for the C-22 cost almost $1,200. Interesting that you have #3501 and this guy has a sail, presumably for a C-25 TR with that number on it. He must have bought it for a different make boat, or someone goofed applying the numbers. Maybe he used to own your boat!

A word of caution: looking again at the description, it lists the luff as 31'8" and the "I" is 31'10". That seems a bit close. If you buy it, insist on the right to return it if it does not fit your boat.
Also, consider sending it to Waters to have a cunningham grommet installed. Is your Waters sail a mylar sail? If you buy the one with your number on it, what would you want for present sail - just curious?
