Its pretty simple. Just disassemble the shaft just above the propeller.
Its only a few screws.

Thanks Thomas.... I've got two or three old 2 stroke outboards and I need to learn to change out the water pump and change the rope, and replace a few hoses. Kinda want to see if the bolts will still come out.

Check the stat if they even have one. ( 6hp and 4 hp I think )

The carb and electrical seems to work forever.
