Doug,
I trail my boat home each year so do things second nature. You seem to have everything under the boat under control, but what top side? My suggestion is to unstep the mast and check all rigging and wiring.

good luck,

Check out wiring to nav lights, deck plug, and mast wiring for terminal corrosion, continuity, etc. and replace it if necessary. Check out coax to antenna and replace couplings if corroded; this will significantly aid signal strength.

Douglas,

Completely emptying your water tanks and filling with anti-freeze of course is a must if you are in a freezing climate. Emptying and rinsing out with a bleach-water solution should work fine if, say you live in a moderate non freezing area.

Calcium chloride has a long standing use as a cheap dessicant. It absorbs water from the air and forms a hydrate and can go into solution with the water it absorbs. It is a cheap and effective method to address the problem of humidity.
