I got one of these off dubbinchris and mounted it in front of the sink with all the original circuits going to it, then ran all our new circuits to the existing panel behind the sink - one of the best upgrades I've done so far. Read back from there for the cutouts and views with/without a backing plate. Incidentally, the panel looks crooked in every pic on the blog, but its actually straight in real life. Weird.
