Get the engine fixed by someone else (or give it to me :)), and make the roller furling yourself: http://faculty.augie.edu/~swart/CP-16/Roller%20Furler.html.

I'm planning on being down at the boat Saturday (hopefully). If you're going to be around maybe I could swing by and we could take a look at your motor. I still owe you for helping me get my boat ready for the new furler.
