There's a difference in the images. The above image is a higher resolution sketch with thinner lines and shading. The other image I believe was used for embroidering, which needs a cleaner unshaded image and less resolution for the stitching. I just couldn't add more detail due to the pixelation size.
Now that I have the latest sketch version, I can modify that one like I did to the other for different versions. I can add the balanced rudder/keels to it, remove window trim, etc.
