It was a great weekend. I can't believe how much of a difference the topping lift has made. Great weather, gusting to 25, storms, rain, clear sky, it had everything. Not as cold as I had feared but the condensation on the inside of the boat left us wet in the mornings. Lake is down 11 feet so the reefs were up and we had to watch the charts. Unfortunately I hurt my back running so it was a painful weekend.

Beautiful pics Ray. We sailed this past weekend, too. Friday afternoon was a bit overcast at first, then turned sunny. winds 12 to 15+, gusting to the low 20's, reefed main and working jib and it felt like we were surfing at least twice. I would have pushed it harder, but I had newbies on board. Saturday was gorgeous, sunny, winds around 5, full main and genoa, great for a calm comfortable sail with the admiral accompanied by friends sailing thair boat. Yesterday was spent with our new granddaughter, daughter, and the inlaws. All in all, a very pleasant weekend!

Ray,
Great wide-angle photo of that boat with the spinnaker! I can almost smell the breeze and feel that boat's slight rocking on its run downwind!
